The syllabus for BCA course is the same in all the colleges coming under Bangalore university. However driven by the vision to empower the aspiring minds, VEIT takes the learning curve to the next level through the following measures.
- VEIT redefines the BCA Education by going beyond the frame work of curriculum into
the realm of real technical challenges. - A special capability assessment and career evaluation exercise is planned to analyse the strength and weaknesses of students and to work on the area of concerns.
- VEIT proposes to adopt the ‘3 -I Approach’ (Institute Industry Interaction) and provide opportunities to students to gain industry perspective.
- VEIT brings value addition to BCA degree through Fieldwork, Industry Visits, Projects, Seminars, Guest Lectures, Mentorship Programme and Personality Development sessions.

Overview
The inauguration of VEIT Degree College and the commencement of I semester BCA classed are significant milestones in the illustrious history of Vijaya Education Institute Trust. Established in 1956, Vijaya Education Institute Trust has been instrumental in providing quality education to the students at different levels from Nursery to Pre-university. VEIT Degree college which starts functioning today, is yet another addition to the impressive list of institutions under VEIT.
VEIT is widely recognized for its conducive, enabling environment and the state of the art infrastructural facilities. VEIT degree college is no exception. We have created every facility that the students need to sharpen their intellect, expand the horizons of their knowledge and realize their academic dreams. Within the framework of BCA syllabus a number of innovative practices have been put in place to make the students technically sound, professionally competent and socially relevant.
